Pop Century Resort, Disney World, Orlando, Florida. This is the only value resort I have been to at walt disney world and I loved it. It was the cheapest of the rest and was lovely. The rooms were a little small but when at disney how much time do you really spend in the rooms. They had several pools and the decor was a retro theme and very cute. This is a very good pick for a family on a budget.
